Space tech, XR gaming, next-gen machine learning and AI… Pretty much every new moonshot technology has a need for programmers. Is there one in particular you’ve set your own moonshot goal to get a job working in?
I just posted an interview with the technical folks at Atom Computing, a company that is working on a new way (and, according them, a truly scalable way) to approach quantum computing. As you might know, quantum processing power has been in development for years as a solve for things like improved pharmaceutical research and better security encryption. A big thing that came out of my chat with Atom was that it’s on the prowl for general infrastructure and back-end software engineers to join its quantum engineering team and help bring its platform to life.
Now, maybe quantum computing isn’t your thing, but I’d love to hear what similar futuristics industries you’ve thought about pursuing. Better yet, perhaps you’ve broken into an exciting, emerging field and want to share your experience?
